This course has been developed to educate you about the science behind CAP exercises and how they have been designed for optimal carryover for different sports.

- Recognize how the muscles work to stabilize the head
- Identify the role of each exercise for concussion prevention
- Explain how various types of strength work separately and in concert when an impact occurs and
- Describe how healing occurs and how to prevent long-term injuries
