Courses 4., 5., 6.: Investigation Techniques

Course 4 provides a brief recap on the Business Analysis Services Framework (BASF). The BASF was first introduced in course 1, but is revisited in this course to maintain alignment with the official BCS business analysis text book.

Course 5 examines  “Investigation Techniques”. This provides an insight into the key investigation techniques available to the business analyst in their quest for information relating to business requirements.

Course 6 we look at the activities and techniques concerned with Stakeholder analysis and management. The business analyst will engage with multiple stakeholders during a project. They will all have different concerns and needs and the BA should be aware of the available techniques in order to ensure that stakeholders are engaged and managed effectively during the project.
