The transport of dangerous goods (TDG) is an everyday occurrence, but it is very important that individuals involved in this process take all the necessary precautions to protect themselves and others against the dangerous cargo, and are aware of the required documentation.

This is a three-hour online course.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Summarize and describe the purpose of the TDG Act and Regulations,
  • Identify key responsibilities for those involved,
  • Describe the requirements for training and certification, and
  • Summarize the basic requirements for classification, documentation, safety marks, means of containment, and emergency planning and response.
